Functional equations

The book sets out elementary methods for solving functional equations, that is, equations in which it is required to find an unknown function that satisfies certain relationships. Different tasks of mathematics, mechanics, and physicists lead to such equations. When solving these equations, such the most important concepts of algebra and mathematical analysis are used as a group, matrix, continuity, differentiation, etc. The book contains exercises for independent work. For its reading, knowledge of the school course of mathematics is enough.
