The monograph contains scientific material on the analysis of modern problems of effective management of the development of macroeconomic systems, including the results of many years of research by the author. The main attention is paid to the problem of eliminating the promising macroeconomic uncertainty of the development of the national economy by the method of high -quality cyclic forecasting of the external environment and the method of strategic targeted forecasting the development of macroeconomic systems. According to the structure and content, the work is based on the basic concepts and principles of macroeconomics, including the consumer concept, systematic approach, reflection hypotheses and limited rationality of the subjects of economic activity, the principles of decomposition and uncertainty, taking into account the decentralization of macroeconomic management systems in the conditions of the market management model.
