The monograph considers the supranational fiscal policy in the European Union. The main mechanisms of the fiscal regulation system in the EU are analyzed, the role of its main elements - the stability and growth pact, a fiscal pact for the implementation of a fiscal policy. The analysis of the evolution of the general budget of the EU and long -term financial programs. European taxes and projects of supranational taxes and their role in financing the general budget are considered. The gradual increase in the role of supranational fiscal policy and increasing the rigidity of fiscal regulation in the EU were revealed.
