The monograph is devoted to the problem of the variety of constitutional types and limited practical use of each of them, the weak communication of the structure and function. The hypothesis of the study on the determining role of the process of evolution in the formation of the constitutional characteristics of the individual is considered. The use of the constitutional approach, taking into account the age evolution of the body, has great theoretical and methodological significance, since the most important dialectical and materialistic patterns in human biology and ecology are revealed through the constitutional characterization of the human body (the principle of determinism-the causes of changes in the body are due to the influence of environmental factors, the transition of quantitative Changes in the trochanter index in a qualitatively new state of the body, the relationship of the human body and the environment) and the general tendency to change the human constitution is considered. The work is intended for students, graduate students and scientists involved in these problems
