The monograph was prepared based on the results of the round table "Ensuring the rights of investors in the banking and financial sectors in the context of digitalization of the economy in the Russian Federation and leading financial centers of East Asia." As part of the event, issues related to the legal regulation of the use of digital technologies in the investment and banking spheres, legal aspects of cryptocurrency circulation and investment digital tokens, and information security problems were discussed.
