The main provisions of engineering graphics are set out. General rules for the development and design of drawings are formulated in accordance with the requirements of the ECKD and ECDP. Material is given on a set of issues related to typical parts of machines: name, purpose, image, parameters, designation and area of application. The rules and recommendations for reading and detailing the drawings of the general type of products, as well as on the creation of such drawings and working documentation: assembly drawings and working drawings of typical parts of machines are shown.
