In the methodological recommendations, a detailed description of the cellular culture obtained from human endometrium biopsy is given. All the stages of obtaining an endometrial cell line (ECL) from the release of primary culture to cryoponservation of the cellular line are presented in detail. Particular attention is paid to the comprehensive characteristic of the ECL, including morphological analysis, immunophenotyping, carutping, expression of receptors of female sex steroid hormones, as well as differentiation potential, which allows the ECL to the mezenchim stem cells (MCK), and the endometrium is considered as a possible source of Moscow time. The multipotent properties of the MCK endometrium open up huge prospects for their use in biomedicine.
