Globalization, the global financial crisis and the processes of integration and disintegration actualize the problems of economic sovereignty of the state. These problems faced Russia in the 1990s. In connection with radical economic reforms, they currently remain relevant: accession to the WTO, storage of a significant part of state reserves in financial instruments of foreign states, features of monetary policy, technological dependence, including foreign standards and components, from imports of critically significant significant products, etc. Despite the relevance of the problems and the use of the term “economic sovereignty” in regulatory legal acts, including the economic security strategy of the Russian Federation until 2030, as well as the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, this category has not yet received unambiguous recognition in constitutionally -legal science. The monograph is the first comprehensive study of economic sovereignty in the science of constitutional law, its structure, various threats to it and its individual elements and constitutional and legal mechanisms for its provision and protection, including those tested in foreign experience. The legislation is given as of January 2018, with the exception of specially agreed cases. The work is intended for specialists whose professional activities or scientific interests are related to the problems of economic and generally state sovereignty, economic and national security, issues of constitutional and integration law, with constitutional economy and other interdisciplinary directions at the junction of legal, economic and international problems. The monograph can also be of interest to a wide range of readers interested in the economy, law, and international relations
