The training manual presents the theoretical foundations of investment analysis, actively used in practice in the development of financial models of investment projects, as well as practical tasks adapted on the basis of business plans of real investment projects and allowing to work out the skills of modeling cash flows, calculating the effectiveness of investment and the sensitivity of the results implementation of the project to the impact of risk factors. Methods and approaches are revealed to evaluate the feasibility of the implementation of specific investment projects, optimize the structure of their financing and ensure the coordination of the interests of participants in the investment process, diagnose investment risks and identify the possibilities of increasing the cost of business in the context of multivariance changes in the conditions of the external environment.
