The book contains the development of a cybernetic approach to compiling a dynamic model of intersectoral balance, implemented by the Soviet-Keribernetik N. Vedyta, who developed a dynamic model of mob by 1998 in the form of a system of economic and mathematical algorithms that describe the process of coordinating the orders of end consumers (state, households and exporters ) and the capabilities of manufacturers, including the procedure for adjusting the source tasks to achieve the balance of the "cost-release". During the calculations according to the model, the principles of optimizing the structure of the final product and the effectiveness of the choice of new technological methods of production are applied, complete employment and specified proportions of the distribution of public working hours between the production of the final product for production investments and end consumers, as well as the budgetary funds of the state. The result of the calculation is a planned mob for a number of years that builds production chains in the desired direction and the necessary distribution of production investments between industries for this to reach the growth of public welfare.
