Brief information is stated from the theory of management, based on the community of the laws of management for technical, biological, economic and social systems, the basics of systems, energy entropic, measuring and computer technology, as well as the modulation theory of converters. From the general positions of the above disciplines, methods of storage, transformation, transformation and management of basic processes in any systems are presented.
