Digital automaton synthesis

The attention of readers is offered the classic work of the outstanding Soviet mathematician and cybernetics, the creator of scientific and technical foundations for the information industry of the USSR, academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences and Academy of Sciences of the USSR V.M. Glushkov, for which he was awarded the Lenin Prize in 1964. The book sets out the logical and mathematical foundations of the general theory of synthesis of logical schemes of discrete (digital) automatic machines, taking into account the simplest reasons of reliability, not related to the specific features of specific physical elements from which these schemes are built. It also discusses the general principles of block synthesis of machine guns with micro -oprogram control. The book finds the idea and methods of a number of sections of mathematical logic.

The book was intended for a wide range of specialists, primarily mathematicians and engineers interested in the problems of the logical synthesis of electronic digital machines and devices, as well as university students.
