Destabilization or at least its threat is the inevitable phase of the development of any society. This work is an attempt to take into account, as far as possible, the influence of some political and economic factors, both external and internal, on possible destabilization in various societies. The monograph consists of ten chapters, united in five parts, introduction, conclusion and application. It organically combines theoretical studies of the connection of modernization and instability, which can lead to revolutions, and studies that establish a correlation between GDP growth, type of political regime, level of urbanization, education, etc., on the one hand, and an increase in the danger of destabilization - - with another. Moreover, this correlation is nonlinear and often does not coincide with common sense.
In recent years, processes have been taking place in the world system that indicate that it enters a rather long strip of increased turbulence, and this makes an instructions of instability even more relevant. Moreover, the processes of the reconfiguration of the world system with the characteristic processes of instability have the began not only semi-peripheral zones, but also the core of the world system. The monograph explores the causes of these phenomena and forecasts about the development of world order in the coming decades are made.
