Design of tourist clusters: a systemic-gloomy approach. Monograph

The monograph is devoted to the phenomenon of a tourist cluster as an economic model of design and management of the tourism sphere of the region. The author’s method of theoretical analysis is presented, with the help of which a deep study of the “tourist cluster” concept as a scientific category is implemented. The holistic approaches to the interpretation of the essence of the concept of “tourist cluster” are identified. The approaches are described in a static position and in temporary dynamics, illustrate the historical development of the category in question in economic theory.
The author’s system-alerted approach was developed and described, the structure of which includes: interpretation of the concept of “tourist cluster”, a characteristic table, a graphic model of a tourist cluster and the author’s methodology for identifying and researching such systems.
The new methodology was tested by the example of the Perm Territory, but can also be applied to other constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
For representatives of state and municipal authorities responsible for the implementation of the development policy of tourism, students studying in the areas of training Economics, Tourism and State and Municipal Administration, all interested in the issues of spatial development and development of tourism in the territory Russian Federation
