Theoretical foundations and the study of a new microdynamic method, which allows to correct the errors of the geometric shape, remove residual stresses and stabilize the geometric parameters of small -resistant products. The mechanism of the relaxation process of residual stresses in the products by the microdynamic method is considered. A mathematical model is proposed to identify the laws of this process and predict its results. The results of production tests of this method in the manufacture of certain types of products are given: parts of the type of rings, shafts, elastic plates. The scope of the method and its technical and economic efficiency is determined.
