Circuitry of measuring devices. Textbook for SPO

The foundations of the Algebra of Logic, the electron-component base of information processing systems, special issues of the circuitry of measuring devices using the example of photoelectric dimensional devices are presented. The issues of correction of the system of measuring signals and their hardware implementation are considered, the analysis of the methods and means of structural compensation for measurement errors was carried out, and the theory of electronic phase interpolators is presented. The relationship of mechanical, optical and electrical parameters during the processing of measuring information is shown.
