The monograph contains a description of the most innovative field of modern statistical science and practice, which is an important information basis for the process of making reasonable strategic decisions regarding the sector of small and medium -sized enterprises in real conditions of the market and, therefore, contributes to the development of private entrepreneurship. This is the first publication in the Russian Federation dedicated to the analysis and presentation of standards for business demography statistics and their implementation in the territorial bodies of the Federal State Statistics Service. The thematic content of the monograph allows not only to study the actual standards of business demography statistics and understand how the economy of the Russian Federation and Russian regions indicate the birth rate, mortality, survival and growth of the market sector, the publication of which was started by the Federal Air Transport Agency, but also to understand the methodology of building indicators Based on the information resources of Rosstat.
