The transmission of technology in new fields of knowledge, such as bioeconomics, faces serious problems. The problems associated with this are based on the differences in the perception, goals, values and motivations between academic scientists and practices belonging to different fields and areas of knowledge (for example, law and medicine, bioethics and biology, technology and philosophy).
Using a research approach, the monographs propose various opinions, the positions of the authors on the problems of the emerging bio -economy. A certain aggregate representation of various groups of bio-economy parties interested in the development of the parties (from academic scientists, coordinators of technology transfer to practitioners, representatives of business community, medical workers, social activists) is created.
The legislation is given as of April 1, 2021
