The monograph presents the results of scientific and practical research, which were conducted at the Department of "Assessment and Management of Property", and then in the Department of Corporate Finance and Corporate Administration of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation on the topic of value assessment and behavioral finance. The monograph popularly describes the new sub -sector of financial science - behavioral finances. Its theoretical foundations are revealed, the experiments and attempts of their practical application in Russia are described. The theory of behavioral value assessment and its practical application in Russian and foreign value assessment are presented. The theory of prospects, the tools of behavioral assessment and behavioral finances created on its basis are described. Its practical embodiment is given on real data of real markets: the mergers and acquisitions of the Russian Federation. The issues of the formation of behavioral finance tools: heuristic, psychological concepts and behavioral models of assessment of assets are raised. The practical implementation of the developed methods of behavioral value assessment in practice has been demonstrated.
