The textbook describes the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis, as well as physico-chemical (instrumental) research. Each paragraph is given control issues for a deeper assimilation of the material, tasks for the independent work of students. The tables necessary for solving problems are given in the appendix.
The textbook is intended for students of educational institutions of secondary vocational education of the specialty 02/19/10 “Technology of catering products” studying the course of analytical chemistry, as well as for students of all specialties of the enlarged group 19.00.00 “Industrial Ecology and Biotechnology”.
