The real textbook was first released in the form of a two -volume at first in English and Spanish in 1990, and then in French. Until now, he is in great demand abroad. In 1999, the book became a laureate of the competition to create new textbooks of the Ministry of Education of Russia.
This textbook covers almost all sections of mathematics, but at the same time is not a set of disparate chapters, but a single whole. The seventh volume includes material on the theory of numbers, combinatorics and graph theory. In the first two chapters of Tom, elements of the theory of numbers and common algebra are considered. The concepts introduced in this case are widely used in other chapters, in particular, when setting out the theory of Pois, which allows solving the problems of recalculating objects with an accuracy of an equivalence. The chapter dedicated to combinatorics, in addition to the initial information about the samples, sets out the principle of inclusion-exclusion, which works effectively in solving classic combinatorial problems. It also describes the apparatus of manufacturing functions - a powerful means of combinatorial analysis. The final chapters introduce the basic concepts of the theory of graphs and sailors, and some effective algorithms are described.
