About the authors
Joachim Hecker - engineer, journalist, writer. For more than 20 years, he has been working in the West German television and radio broadcasting company and is conducting a radio broadcast "Science for Big and Small". Sometimes he conducts experiments on the air, which always accompanies loud cotton.

Hecker is widely known as the author of popular science books for children. For the past ten years, he has been arranging the scientific shows with which he tours around the world - from Germany to Thailand and Alaska. But he himself admits that he likes to spend time at home most of all, with his family. On such days, he invents new experiments, conjures in his secret laboratory, composes new books or chatting with his cat.
Sabina Krantz - an illustrator. She studied at the Higher Art School of Cassel and at the Stuttgart Academy of Arts. She draws inspiration for her work from French comics, as well as from patterns and color scheme of aprons and skirts of her grandmother.
Most of all she likes drawing, design, films of the fifties and sixties. All this is reflected in her works, which are full of straight lines, romantic-old colors and lovingly drawn figures, very lively and charming. Sabina creates illustrations for books and magazines, as well as for exhibitions and individual projects. Lives with his family in Frankfurt
