The reader’s attention is offered a book that includes four small works of the great German astronomer and mathematician Johann Kepler: "About the hexagonal snowflakes", "conversation with a star messenger", "sleep" and an excerpt from the horoscope "about themselves". The first of them is striking in the unbridled game of imagination, the venality of the form and the depth of ideas, allowing the author to predict the correct answers to many issues of the geometry of the shape of natural objects. The second is a review of the composition of another great scientist, Galileo Galileo, containing a statement of Kepler"s views on various issues of geometric optics. The third work was the first composition in the history of astronomy, in which the phenomena are described by the observer located on the moon. The fourth work --- a kind of self-portrait written in a hand, mercilessly scourging malformations of the original, real and imaginary.
All the presented works of Kepler are recognized samples of scientific and artistic prose. They are of great interest both for philosophers, historians and methodologists of science (primarily physics, mathematics and astronomy), and for a wide range of readers
