School start. Workbook for preschoolers and first graders

The workbook contains tasks designed for pedagogical diagnostics of the initial readiness of preschoolers and first graders for successful learning in primary school. The main diagnostic procedures are test exercises developed based on real educational tasks. All of them are performed under the guidance of an adult. Instructions are duplicated in the workbook for children who can read. The workbook is the starting step of the diagnostic set "Learning to Learn and Act" (monitoring of key competencies, grades 1-4), but can also be used independently. A detailed description of the diagnostic procedure, assessment, and analysis of results is provided in the methodological recommendations for the workbook. The methodology and materials for electronic processing of diagnostic results are available on the publisher's website. An automated information processing system for the results has been developed for the workbook, which allows building reports and graphs based on the data obtained during the diagnostics, necessary for a visual representation of the monitoring results of key competencies. It also serves as a kind of database (the system stores the monitoring results for all years of the child's education). The AIS "Learning to Learn and Act" automatically visualizes the monitoring results in the form of tables and diagrams for the entire class, individual students, as well as for different groups of key competencies and for each skill separately.
