The tasks in the notebook are organized thematically and aimed at developing speech, forming and developing counting skills, sound analysis of words, and developing reading skills. Completing the tasks will contribute to the development of attention, memory, thinking, imagination, fine motor skills. The engaging nature of the tasks will increase interest in learning activities. The manual includes additional tasks and exercises of increased complexity level, marked with '*', aimed at implementing a personality-oriented approach.
The notebook can be used by primary school teachers, preschool educators when organizing classes for school readiness both separately and in conjunction with the manual 'School Readiness: Thematic Lesson Plans'. It can also be recommended to parents interested in the successful preparation of future first graders.
