For the first time, readers are offered a description of the more seven years ago in the India Fund of Scenario Forecasting, along with the results of its use. Basically, these results, as well as this brochure, are the intermediate result of the joint project of the Liberal Mission Foundation and the India Fund. The reader will get acquainted with the history of the method and the mathematical grounds of the latter. In addition, he will be able to compare the results of medium and short-term forecasting, including those associated with the political events of winter 2011/12
