The monograph is devoted to the consideration of the methods of raster electron microscopy (RAM) in relation to nanotechnology and includes not only the study of the characteristics of various nanomaterials, nanostructures and nanobjects, but also the technology of their manufacture in situ. In the book, edited by famous scientists, articles and reviews of prominent professionals in areas belonging to nanotechnology are collected.
