In the monograph at the modern scientific level, issues of the history of the study of sarcoidosis are presented, the issues of its etiology, pathogenesis, as well as epidemiological, morphological, clinical and functional aspects of its manifestation are presented. The authors have developed and implemented into practice simple, universally accessible, highly informative and integral new diagnostic criteria for estimating the state of homeostasis in patients with sarcoidosis based on the assessment of the condition and dynamics of hematological indicators. The adjustment of the levels of homeostasis (types of adaptation reactions of the body, the types of reactivity of the body, the leukocyte-lymphocytic index, the indicators of entropy and the redundancy of the uniform elements of white blood and indicators of protein fractions of blood) made it possible to implement mathematical models and graphics of factorial spaces to conduct personalized assignment of protective system activators The organism, control of activation pathogenetic therapy and increase the effectiveness of sarcoidosis treatment.
