Staying in the occupied capital of Soviet Ukraine, Petr Solovyov ends up in a fascist prisoner of war camp. Rallying like-minded individuals around him and establishing connections with the underground resistance, he organizes an escape from the camp. Now Solovyov is the commander of a partisan unit. After liberating Yakov Dzhugashvili, Stalin's son, from the Darnitsa concentration camp, the "Victory" unit sets off to the Bryansk region, contributing daily to the overall victory in the war against the fascists on the occupied territories. Meanwhile, the Abwehr attempts to reclaim the valuable hostage in the form of Stalin's son, and a hunt begins for Solovyov's unit.
