Santa-Khryakus

Strashestvo. The most magical time of the year, when Santa-Khryakus gets into his sleigh and delivers gifts to all the children of the Flat World. But when Santa-Khryakus disappears, Death has to take his place. Otherwise, the sun will not rise tomorrow morning... Not tomorrow, not ever again. Something strange and inexplicable is happening in the Flat World. Something involving the Assassin's Guild (or rather, one of its members, who is not quite right in the head even by assassin standards) and forces much more powerful than humans. While Death puts on a red hat and a fake beard, his granddaughter Susan tries to figure out who is responsible for Santa-Khryakus's disappearance. And if she fails, these terrifying holidays will be the last for everyone...
