In the guide to practical classes, taking into account the modern provisions of sanitary rules and norms, theoretical and methodological material on sanitary-hygienic laboratory research is set out. Methods for selecting and preparing samples of environmental objects for further hygienic studies are presented. Situational tasks are given, examples of calculating various indicators that help students master the practical skills necessary for hygienic assessment of environmental factors and working conditions in the sanitary-hygienic laboratories of the Laboratory case (testing centers) of Rospotrebnadzor.
