Holy Catherine (Greek "" is always clean ") was born in Alexandria at the end of the III century. Being a notable kind, she was distinguished by an extraordinary beauty and wisdom. Folded to Christ with one deserter, she was a legend awarded a wonderful vision: the Lord himself Jesus Christ himself called her with his bride. Holy Catherine took the martyrdom during the rule of Emperor Maximin Dhaza (305-313) Its hardness in faith, she turned many of his heavenly fiance.
