What is this book about
Taxes are invented not just so and they need to pay them - most people on earth recognize it. But few understand exactly how taxes are arranged. Especially - the people. Russian teachers could not describe the modern, extremely complex and confusing, taxation system. However, in a huge building of Russian folk fairy tales, it is possible to find fragmentary descriptions, hints, reservations, - folding them together, we get a fairly complete picture of the fabulous taxation. Taxes are many - both pillow, and income and sales, and from shopping, and export duties, and imported, and excise taxes, and church tits, and just inexplicable eclipses. At the same time, rates are often arbitrary, and they collect taxes all who are not too lazy. It is quite obvious that all the provisions are simply impossible to pay. However, somehow fabulous characters live, they manage to work out and do not go the world. How do they manage it?
This book is an ironic attempt to go there, unknown where, and describe what is unknown, - the Tax Code of the Magic Fabulous World, many features of which are preserved to this day.
Why the book is worth reading
Familiar since childhood, but authorized by the author in an unusual, and sometimes extremely unexpected interpretation, Russian folk fairy tales explain a lot in the nature of Russian business, politicians and public life.
From a fabulous time, the tax system did not change too much: it is interesting to carry out analogies with today"s situation.
A wonderful syllable and a subtle sense of humor Valery Panyushkin will not leave the reader indifferent.

"Russian fairy tales will not be able to confuse with European. There, the protagonist works hard - and receives a well-deserved award. With us he lies on the furnace - and everyone bring him with delivery to the house. Valery Panyushkin, who tries to preserve the seriousness, and not get enough sleep, literally disassembled the components of all the unaccompanious men in Russian fairy tales. They are wise, aphoristic and filled with deep meaning. Read, smile and think how close these fairy tales are close to our reality
