For the first time in Russia, the memories of the deputy of the State Duma, the commissar of railway transport of the Provisional Government A. A. Bublikov (1875-1941), dedicated to the period from the February Revolution of 1917 and before the Bolsheviks of the Brest-Lithuanian Separate World, are fully published. The book was born in Russian in the United States (New York, 1918), but in Soviet times it was only in special guards".
