The next issue of the collection is devoted to portrait painting from the funds of the Central Naval Museum. The meeting represents value not only with artistic, but also from a historical and military-patriotic point of view. Most portraits are images of admirals, generals and officers of the Russian fleet. Before publishing, the credentials of works were tested and refined to support archival materials, other historical sources, information about uniform clothing and awards. Part of the portraits is overpotable, many of the characters that were considered unknown were identified. All portraits are equipped with biographical certificates of depicted.
