N.N. Alekseev is an outstanding historian, a philosopher of law and state scientist, one of the leading ideologues of the Eurasian movement, the author of the most complete and completed concept of the Eurasian state ideal. Based on the Central for Eurasians of the principle, "know yourself and be yourself,", he conducted a unique study of Russian people"s ideas about the "State of Truth". His analysis of the worldview of marginal groups of the Zavolzhsky Starty, Old Believers, sectarians and Cossacks has no analogues in domestic historiography. Refuting myth-making as Westners and Slavophiles, his works are given the key to understanding the paths and fate of the peoples of Russia - Eurasia.
