Russian music of the second half of the 20th - early 21st century. Stylistic context

The proposed manual is aimed at understanding the historical-theoretical concept of the problem of style in the light of musical realities and scientific approaches of the modern era, as well as developing skills in stylistic analysis of musical works. The work consists of three sections. The first is dedicated to general methodological principles. The second contains a summary of the lecture course. The third includes methodological materials: a thematic plan, key concepts, topics for essays and creative works, final exam requirements, a sample list of musical works for analysis, musical examples for stylistic attribution, and a list of recommended literature. This publication is intended for senior undergraduate, graduate, and specialist students, as well as educators teaching in music and music pedagogy schools, colleges, and universities.
