Russian literature of the 19th century in search of a hero

The book discusses issues united by the overall idea of ​​understanding the problem of the Hero-author "problem, which allows to understand spiritual, artistic and intellectual search for Russian classical literature. The central problem of the book is the formation of a person in Russian society. All of her chapters are internally interconnected, since they are talking about the literary and philosophical quests of Russian classics. The work is involved literary research and layers of critical literature XIX - beginning. The XXI century, an attempt was made to consider the concept of the hero in the Russian realistic literature of the XIX century.
