Optimally generalized spelling and punctuation rules have been developed. Unlike traditional ones, they cover each standard in full (o/e (e) after hissing, shallow/separate spelling not, punctuation marks in design with as, etc) and at the same time express the rational order (algorithm) of determining the spelling / punctogram.
In the electronic application, the same rules are presented in the form of algorithmized circuits in intensive spelling and punctuation courses. Three simulators are also proposed here - training and two interactive ones, which are especially effective for introductory and final testing both for each spelling/punctogram and for the material studied as a whole.
