The training manual outlines theoretical and practical issues of the discipline “Russian language in business documentation”. The purpose of this textbook is to increase the level of practical knowledge of the modern Russian literary language among legal professionals, strengthening and expanding knowledge in the Russian language, teaching their practical application to build legal and other texts in accordance with communicative tasks. This implies the expansion of the circle of linguistic means and the principles of their use, the systematization of these means in accordance with the functional style and genre of speech, the development of written and oral speech, international and national standards of business documents. The textbook on the course “Russian language in business documentation” was created in accordance with the requirements for the maintenance and level of training of certified specialists in the cycle “General humanitarian and socio-economic disciplines” in the state educational standards of the higher professional education of the second generation in the direction of “Jurisprudence” .
