The textbook is part of the CMC in the Russian language for the 5th grade of general educational organizations (edited by S.I. Lvova) and ensures the intensive development of speech, intellectual, creative abilities of schoolchildren, and mastering general educational skills. The textbook forms the skills of independent activity, expands the cultural circles of students. Tasks of varying degrees of complexity provide phased preparation of all students for exams in the subject in the 9th and 11th grades. The content of the textbook fully complies with the requirements of the federal state educational standard.
A solid binding textbook consists of two parts.
The application (in the soft cover) to the textbook contains the reference materials necessary for students, namely: the plans of the language analysis and a number of dictionaries drawn up taking into account the new educational standard in the Russian language.
