The notebook of thematic test papers is designed to monitor the subject achievements of fifth graders in Russian language and is part of a series of notebooks that include similar editions for other subjects. The materials of the notebook allow to test students' knowledge on the main topics of the course and also conduct final assessment. The works are presented in two versions. All tasks are developed based on the controlled content elements defined by the Federal Institute for Educational Measurement (FIPI) for the subject 'Russian language'. The codes of the assessed content elements are presented at the beginning of each test paper. At the end of the notebook, there is a brief methodological material for teachers with work plans, answers to tasks, and an evaluation system. The notebook is designed for the textbook 'Russian language', 5th grade (edited by T.A. Ladyzhenskaya). However, its materials can also be used with other educational programs. The full specification of thematic test papers is available on the website idfedorov.ru in the section 'Current and thematic assessment'. The tasks offered in the notebook are ready-made assessment materials for processing monitoring data on the quality of education in programs like Microsoft Excel and in automated information systems (AIS). The thematic test paper plans developed based on the codes of the assessed content elements allow to optimize the assessment activities of teachers, organize both internal and external monitoring for schools, municipalities, and regions working with the automated information system 'Multilevel System of Education Quality Assessment (MSOQ)'.
