According to the established tradition, in the 9th book included articles, essays and documents on individual personalities, events, organizations and movements. Publications are grouped by the same principle as in previous books, and fall into one of the following rubles: "History", "literature", "art" and "science".
The History section is most fully submitted. The reader will find here a generalizing article by E. Putytah about Russian Jews in Brazil, the publication of A. Serkov on the activities of Russian Jews-Masson in the United States. In the same section, several interesting personalities, including journalist and public figure I.M. Trotsky, associated with friendly Uzami with I. Bunin, M. Aldanov, Don Aminevo and other bright representatives of Russian emigration.
In the section "Literature", an unknown story of S. Prshel, letters I.Efimova writer, philosopher and cultural scientist N. Gindzhikhashvili, Biography F. Slonim and Essay on Publicist S. Izkovich.
Diverse material is presented in the "Art" section. The reader will find an interesting study of E. Kotlar about the influence of the architecture and interior decoration of the Synagogue of Eastern Europe on the architectural and picturesque style of Synagogue in the New York district of Nizhny East Side, where Jew emigrants were settled from Russia and other Eastern European countries. In the same section, E. Saltzberg was placed on the recently died in Canada Celloschelist and Cerizer Yu. Torovsky, which provided a noticeable impact on the musical life of this country, and the publication of V. Khazan and M. Lemsther about I. Hordon, sraising the light on the history of the Idisian theater in the USA.
