The second issue of the collective monograph, like the first one (from 2020), is dedicated to issues related to the preservation of linguistic, national, and cultural identity in the conditions of emigration, as well as to the interaction between Russian and Eastern cultures. The monograph consists of three sections. The first one includes studies on the poetry of Russian Harbin and the republication of the hard-to-access poem "Cossacks" by A. Achaira. The focus is on such unknown or little-studied poets from Harbin as Beta (B. V. Butkevich), S. Alymov, V. Loginov, L. Khaindrova, and N. Peterets. The second section is dedicated to the analysis of prose from the Eastern emigration, among which also prevail forgotten writers: B. Volkov, P. Shkurkin, B. Yulsky, and others. The last, third, section includes chapters on Far Eastern futurism and Siberian poetry from the time of the Civil War. The monograph is aimed at philologists, researchers of the history of Russian emigration, as well as students of humanities disciplines.
