In the monograph for the first time on the basis of a wide range of sources, the twenty-year history of the formation and development of relations between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Azerbaijan, both at the level of bilateral relations, and in a large-scale framework for international cooperation, including the cooperation of the two countries in the UN, OSCE, as well as in A number of regional integration structures.
