The book is the thirteenth volume in a series dedicated to the White Movement in Russia and the history of the Russian Army under General P.N. Wrangel after 1921, when the decision was made to relocate it to Bulgaria and Yugoslavia. It shows how gradually the ranks of the army dispersed throughout Europe and other continents, how in 1924 the Russian All-Military Union (ROVS) was created, the largest military organization of the Russian emigration. Several memoirs recount the participation, in some cases outstanding, of Russian military units in events in the internal life of Albania, Bulgaria, Iran, Paraguay.
The book is supplemented with extensive and previously unpublished comments containing several hundred unknown biographical references about the authors and heroes of the essays.
