The authors of the book offered to the reader, who are doctors of science and have combined scientific and socio-political activities for many years, worked from January 2022 to April 2023. The work is dedicated to the spiritual and moral foundations of Russian statehood and the formation of various types of leadership - from resentful degeneration into devilry to noble governance. The authors draw on the views of Dostoevsky and Nietzsche as the basis for their reflections and evaluative judgments, and historical figures are used as examples for careful study, without attributing anything in interpretations of specific facts of their lives. The book examines the figures of Lenin, Stalin, and Pol Pot, Alexander III, Napoleon III, and George Washington. Analyzing the current state of the Russian Federation, the authors not only offer a general view of the future state structure of Russia and the formation of a Russian national leader, but also specific projects that continue their developments, published in 2011 in the book "Becoming Russian in Russia."
