Actions in connection with a possible serious misconduct
69.1. The obligation not to make serious misconduct
(A) The athlete does not have the right to make serious misconduct, including a gross violation of the rules, norms of behavior or sports behavior, as well as behave in such a way that, as a result, the sport acquires not bad fame. In the context of Rules 69, “Athlete” means a crew member or owner of a yacht.
