The beginning of the XX century ...
In China there is a civil war between the party of Homintan and the Communist Party. In the center of the story is Ouyan Lian, a young revolutionary and a coherent communist underground, which with all the youthful sincerity and passion serves the ideals of the revolution.
His life tragically ended on February 7, 1931, when he, along with the other twenty -three communists, was captured and ruthlessly killed by the reactionaries of the Gomintang. He was only 17 years old. This story has become a symbol of self -sacrifice in the name of freedom and prosperity of China.
