Boris Fedorovich Disputes was born in 1934. He graduated from school in Aktobe. Since the beginning of the war, he survived heavy hunger, and already in 1947 he began to work as a teacher at a locksmith. During his life, he changed many professions: he worked as a carpenter, an electric welder, a locksmith, an installer ... was arrested and sentenced to four years in ITL under Art. 58.10.11.
